my favorite photo of the week is Lights and Action, because of the color. there are so many of them it overwhelms me. It is beautiful and abstact.

"Safe at Second"
This is my favorite photo from this week. I like it because I love action shots and I love the bright bold colors in the photo. I also love when the person in the photo is focused on and the background is sort of blurry. It makes the person stand out more.

My favorite photo of the week was called "Recalling the Storm". I liked this picture because it captures the hardship and struggle that the people effected by Hurricane Katrina are still living with every day.

My favorite picture from this week is Mass preformance. I like this one the most because the angles made in eachothers arms is identical from row to row, so it it unbelievable that the preformers and photographer can be that acurate. It reminds me of the angels you cut out during the holiday season.

This picture is interesting because of the massive amount of people doing the exact same thing. Endless repitition makes for interesting patterns, but it's more amazing when people are the peices of the pattern. There appears to be deep space in the photograph.

My favorite picture for this week is the picture of the woman walking in front of a poster with a shower head. This picture is a cool picture because it makes the shower look as if it is going to spray the woman. It is making a 2-D poster look 3-D.
Nikki Reinert period 2, I like the fourth picture in the week of August 17-23. The picture is called Radiating Hospital I like this picture because the sun is shining right through the trees and it looks very pretty. I also love the airplane in the clouds its very beautiful.

Aug 24-30:
My favorite photo for this week is Art for Diana. It is a picture of a sculpture of golden flowers in memory of Princess Diana. I really enjoy this picture because of the texture in the sculpture and the shape as the flowers go back. I also like it against the white backround.

victory in smoke is my favorite picture. the winged statue symbolizes victory. and the firefighters kept the widespread fire away from the ancient site. the photo has good texture. this photo also has good spacing.
Nikki Reinert, period 2, i like the picture in the week of Aug 24-30. The 11th picture called Mas preformance. I really like the form and beauty of the people all wearing the same color and dressed the same. This picture is vrey inspiring.

i took the pic mass performance because it is different many of people doing the same thing and wearing the same color and its almost like its one person copied but its a great shot of a bunch of people doin the same thing its a very interesting picture

Nikki Reinert, period 2, My second favorite picture in the week of August 24-31 is the 1st picture called Art for Diana. The flowers are very pretty and i love the texture and beauty. It also looks liek the flowers are shooting out it looks really cool.
My names Gavin Dautartas from 2nd period and my favorit picture was Victory in Smoke. I liked the way the picture had the smoke and forest fire in the background of the winged lady statue.

the color and movement of the baseball players is very real.its almost like being there.

I like this picture because of all the colors. I think that the colors and values of a picture grab your attention and make you focus on the differant asspects of a picture.

My favorite was Mass Performance. I like the lighting in this picture because it emphasizes the white and uniform of their outfits. The repetition of people doing the same thing in this photo presents almost an optical illusion which caught my eye.

My favorite photo was number 12 "New Look". Japanese fashion is really crazy and I think that the photographer did a good job of capturing that.
Joe Buettner, 4th period. I really enjoy the Light and Action photo on Yahoo. The pictue is so vibrant because it was taken at night and the neon colors stand out really well. When you view the picture you can't even see what the man looks like he is just a shadow in the dark.
I like "Victory in Smoke". This is a very cool pic. I like how the statue really sticks out but, the extravagent backround still cathes your attention. Thats why i like this photo. Phil Shea

i liked the picture recalling the storm,i feel that the lit up crucifix heavily contrasts the stark, depressing sky and trailer. its funny how people still have faith after such a terrible tradgedy

My favorite photo was Art for Diana. I liked this picture because the dandelions represented and the contrast between the gold flowers and the white background.
Phil Shea 4th period. I liked "Victory Smoke". Its cool that the statue stands out, but the extravagent backround really makes the photo one of a kind.
My favorite picture from the photos ogf the week is Victory in smoke.The reason why I like this picture is because it is interesting to see that even though there is destruction of trees and all sorts of wildlife that this angel or being still has a happy disposition. I also find it interesting that she is(looks like it to me)that she wants to ignore what is happening.It looks as though she wants to turn away from reality.Thinking that it will go away.
Nikki Reinert, period 2, my third photo I chose in the week of august 24-31 was the picture of the colorful person and many differnt spectrums of colors and shapes. i think it is very pretty.
i chose the picture of the boeing 737-800 in flames because i thought that the picture was pretty and that the photographer had the right balance of lightness and darkness.

Chris Hanford 2nd Period My favorite photograph was flying fruit. It was my favorite because of the vibrant and flamboyant red colors filling the picture.
my favorite photo from this week was the mass preformance because all the poeple were doing the same thing and looked alike. from far away it looked like a design. the color stood out in a pattern and i noticed the shading effect as the poeple got further away. also all the space in the picture was filled

My favorite picture from the yahoo weekof pictures is the "higher love" picture. The depth of the picture is what makes it my favorite.

My favorite picture was keeping an eye out because the dark background brings out the brightness of the red shoe, and it also emphasizes the texture of the snake's scales.
