Finalizing Your Winter Scene and Egg Pictures - Due Thursday, March 6th

Using the digital darkroom or Photoshop you are now going to manipulate your images prior to printing. Please follow the steps below in order to successfully prepare your images for printing.

**Be sure you always keep an original image of your photo. Never write over your original work.**
**Don't forget to merge your visible layers before you drag the image onto the 8 1/2"x11" canvas.**

1. Select which Winter Scene and Egg picture you would like to work with.
2. Adjust your images creating a new adjustment layer. Be sure you select the monochrome box and that your percentages add up to 100. (You did this on the last assignment)
3. Crop your images to 5"x7"
4. Feather the edges of your winter scene to 12pts as demonstrated in session 2's tutorial.
5. Once both images adjusted to your liking, create a new image that is 8 1/2"x11."
6. Drag your egg image and winter scene image onto the new canvas.
7. Save the image for printing.
8. Print - You may need to review the steps from the last printing assignment to ensure you have the correct printing properties.
